Drifting
Have fun enjoy the power and the handeling. Make sure you double check every bolt and tighten to the correct torque. Run it on the track 2 laps, check the lug nuts again, run it 10-15. Check all critical bolts nuts.
HAVE FUN!!

Looks great, you have big plans for your Z. While on the topic of big things there are some tremendously big things going on in Dubai, all chronicled on the National Geographic channel recently. That hotel Burj al Arab looks unreal who can afford to stay there? And the constructing and selling of all of those individual islands are something to behold. Lots of liquid gold flowing over there huh (figure of speech, actually the documentary said that part of the reason for all of the construction was to make up for the diminishing oil and replacing the lost oil revenue with tourism).

Thank you for your support....
Special thanks to Burseth Racing and LG motorsports for providing me with the parts
Since the Z06 have a great engine already, im not planning to modify it at the time being...
I will focus more on suspension/Brakes and over all feel
I tracked the car several times on standard form, and it was very good...
Because The hoosiers R6 are not allowed in our championship, i will be using the michelin Pilot Cup instead...

Today it was my first race at the track...
I had alot of fun..
It was very challenging because the car was not ready for practice session, so i had to try the car out during qualifying session...
Unfortunately because of the shippment delays of parts, i had to sort my self with some parts locally, bellow is the setting i had for racing:
Tires: Michelin PS2 front 275/35/18, Rear 345/30/19
Swaybards: Hotchkis swaybars
Brakes: EBS red stuff brake pads, remove ABS, Brake fluid, Braided oil lines.
Radiator: LG super cool radiator + radiator hoses
Safety: Autopower rollcage, Sparco Evo2 seat, Sparco Fire extinguisher, sparco harness
Rear Wing Spoiler
I had camber plates as well.. camber settings Front -2.2, rear -1.8
The outside temp was 35 celius degrees
we had 18 cars on the grid, i was the only one with an american V8, My competitors are porsches and evos, and seat cupra cup cars.
the first thing realised on the track is that the car has massive understeer, the front tires has no feel while turning, but the rear was very gripy, so grippy that i couldnt get the rear to spin easily.
This is because of the huge downforce created by the rear wing, even on the straights i can hardly pass GT3's.
Tire pressure changes:
Started Cold: Front 25psi, Rear 27psi
Finished: Front 42 psi, Rear 36psi
the hight increase of pressure in the front tire after the race, is due to the effect of heat created because of the understeer.
the brakes where not that bad, but i kept locking up often due to my amature driving experience with the car. but even after 10 laps the brakes felt alright, only little fade.
Second race, I removed the wing and adjusted the tire pressure,
Cold: Front 27psi, Rear 25psi
The car felt very different, much faster on the straight, but less stable on turns, now the car oversteers a bit. I was almost 2 sec faster on average lap times.
i was able to take 2nd place after qualifying 7th, But during the race, i spun due to the change of driving characteristics of the car.. plus its my first day with this car on the track...
This spin took me back to 17th position, but i was able to regain several positions, where i ended up in 9th position on race finish...
I have a nother race on 25th April, at that time the car will be ready, with Pilot Cup Tires on 18inch CCW, also will have the KW Coilovers.
I will try to get more pics from friends who where watching the race.
