Now theres a great idea.

Every time you push the hatch button inside the car (or outside the car) the windows crack open.

And stay cracked until you close the hatch when at that point, they close completely.
Unless it is raining

Window Valet is definitely worth getting. Swapped it over from my 05 C6 to my Z06. It does much more than open and close windows.

I thought about that.

But if its raining, and you:

1. Are outside the car to put something inside the cargo area, then, you're already getting wet .

Since the windows would only crack , how much water would get inside the car anyway?

Besides, if you have to enter the car after loading something into the cargo area while its raining, then rain is going to get inside the car when you open the door anyway.

2. ....Are letting someone else put something into the cargo area while you sit in the driver's seat with both windows all the way up, when they go to close the hatch, you are going to wind up going outside to push it the rest of the way down anyway, because its not going to close with both windows all the way up.
