They are made in Taiwan, just like ALL reproductions.

Same low pressure casting that the OEM wheels are made with.

(GM has there wheels manufactured overseas as well, they are not US made)

Never heard of an OEM Z06 wheel having been made in China or Taiwan.
By overseas, are you refering to the Speedline wheels that are made in Italy? From what I understand, all OEM wheels were either made in Italy by Speedline, or made in the USA as stamped on the back of my OEM wheels.

Italy would be overseas, yes... but not all years are made in Italy. A stamp on the back of your wheel does not mean they were made on US soil. Long conversation made short, there is no difference in low pressure cast wheels made in China, USA, or in Italy. The difference in price is the cost of labor, period. Your comparing apples to apples. Although my wife does pay a lot more for organic apples from Wholefoods than regular apples from a traditional supermarket, lol.
