I run NT-05's in the 295/35-18 size in front and get some minor rub outside and on the brake duct inside. Next time I'll get 285/35-18's. Many forum members have run the 295/35-18's without rub, however.

I believe all the standard GM rear Z06 rims are 12" wide and have the same offset. The 345's are a little harder to mount on the 12" rims than the standard 325's but no mods needed.
Some of us have 335/30-19's rub a little and some have reported some rubbing with 345's. Some have lowered their Z's and report no rubbing.
There must be some differences in suspension alignment manufacturing variations on the panels and variations in driving styles that will impact whether larger tires rub and to what degree.

I am looking to go a little bigger than stock and possibly lower it some on the stock bolts. Nothing drastic just enough to close up the gap in the fenderwells.

Those are the Nitto NT-05's.

I thought you said originally that your 'Z is a dd????
If that's the case I might reconsider that choice for a minute....no runflat on a dd car???
Anyway, your choice of tire size same thing I did. They do not rub. Mine, rear 20x13 with 345's. Invo.
