I don't play the battery game myself, as I'll go 4 years max, and change it out whether it needs it or not. While not my Vette, my daily car sometimes sits in frigid airport parking lots for days, and for what amounts to about $25 bucks per year, just isn't worth screwing around to me.

There used to be a saying that if you go over two years on a battery, you are on borrowed time.

Still the original battery in my 06Z, just bought a tender this winter. Good luck so far, but I'm due for a new one.

I replaced my battery before it started to get weak. I put in a 100 month with free replacement for 3 years battery. I got another 20 months before I exchange it for my next free battery...

Default About 5 years plus!

My 2006 Z06 battery started cranking slower after a little more than 5 years and 50,000 miles as a daily driver/track car. Bought a new one rather than deal with problem when it died.

Wonder if the Z battery will last a decade?
FoMoCo Batteries are amazing, for a wet battery.

They can sit for over 6 months no charger and still fire up a PowerStroke.

I have killed 2 Delco's in my C4's in under 2 years each.....
