Default Top Tier LS7 Heads

American Heritage Cylinder Heads

Package 4 Reworked Heads: Only $1,308 (plus return shipping).

Includes:

- Our Hardened PM valve Guides (proprietary to us/made to our specs).
- Bead Blasting of Entire Cylinder Head (makes them look better than new).
- Custom Performance Valve Job (a concentric performance VJ).
- Resurfacing of heads (or milling up to .020" at no additional charge).
- Ferrea F2042p Hollow exh valves or New Late Model GM Sodium exhaust valves (your choice which lightweight exhaust valve).
- Treated and Tumble Polished stock Titanium Intake Valves.
- Measuring and Assembly of cylinder heads w/new Viton Valve Seals.

We also offer "A La Carte" option:

Hand Porting and Polishing for an additional $550 (porting by hand allows us to custom tailor your heads to your specific application).

All Porting is done using our In House SuperFlow SF600 Flow bench. Notice the velocity software on the bench. We analyze all aspects of the port such as velocity. On our street/strip port wok we keep the intake runner velocity's high to aid in adding low end power.

We also sell all the other "fixens" to go with your Head swap:

Forgot to Mention we now fully endorse and offer our Proprietary Moldstar90 guides. Hard like a Hardened PM (powder metal) and better heat property's than any bronze guide on the market.

Our Moldstar90 Valve Guides were a $420 upgrade. Well worth it. Same material used in F1, Indy Car and MotoGP bikes.

Some valve guide data that we posted months ago but thought we would re post it (testing was done by an independent non biased facility):

AHP is the best performance shop I have ever worked with, great customer service, great mechanics, and they treat your car like they own it - only shop that I will let touch my Z06.

Hi, I would like to see a flow bench results.

Stock LS7 heads casting vs you're ported LS7 heads.

That would give us a great comparaison. Instead of just posting the results of the ported heads.

That would be greatly appreciate.

Best regards,

Sebastien

They have cores on the shelf.

I needed my heads by the 17th as that was when I was taking my car to Doug Rippie Motorsports for some mods. I went with the core return option as I was in a time crunch.

I placed my order for heads on Feb 25, 2015 and they shipped Mar 11, 2015. I recieved the notice on the 14th but due to it being the weekend, I couldn't get them until monday the 16th. I got the standard #4 heads, .020" mill and dual valve springs.

Hey Klohe,

Thanks for taking care of my friend Kirk in NC he was very happy with your work!

Tell me about the "New" late model GM hollow stems, have they changed in any way? The last cut aways that I saw of the GM sodium filled were very inconsistent and some had a wall thickness as thin as .025", whereas the Ferrea is .080 thick. Do you really recommend going with the GM valve after so many have broken?

I am curious to know if they made any changes because I have a 2013. Anyways, I will be sending you my heads later this summer! I assume you can port match my lower fast intake to match the ported runners on the head? I plan to angle mill about .050 and want to make sure the ports line up perfectly.

Just wanted to update this thread with some other data of ours

An example of the Concentricity of our valve Jobs.
(this is with a 2.02 inch valve, Please note the title should read "near perfectly concentric performance valve job, not perfectly. We strive for perfection every day, as all should.

sorry for the background noise we are a very busy shop, always a lot of different things going on at the same time.
