Only seen 3 pair of AI heads including my own. WCCH does fine work as well but AI is just a cut above. As they say you get what you pay for. Customer service is A+++++. Mu buddy added 280 AI's .015 mill with TQ 110, LG 1 7/8" LT's and KB 103 and dyno'd with stock intake manifold on 94 pump. Corrected 577/542. So he's a bit faster than me from 3rd up.
Not including custom TM heads in the equation. This is just between the 2 companies mentioned. I have seen AI 280's in the high 9's NA. If that means anything. Lots of compression though.

If you compare the flow chart between the two AI flows almost the same as WCCW on intake side but AI out flows WCCW by 30-40cfm on the exhaust side.

I went with the PRC265 heads(which flow better than the stock GM heads), and you can go with their PRC285 heads if you want even more flow. They are not GM castings. I wanted everything new, including the castings.

I wonder why WCCH used a test bore of 4.155" when the stock bore LS7 is 4.125", and is what AI used? That difference in bore diameter will have an effect on flow rates.
PRC265...

PRC's stock LS7 head measurement is different from WCCH's measurement....

Dont get hung up on flow numbers guys..... I used to use WCCH all the time and our packages would only make 580-590.... switched to AI and the same package will make 600-610 all day long now.

AI it is. I found some LS7 heads last night from a guy on this board he happens to be a local as well. I just couldn't have any downtime since the car is my daily driver. And I was only considering WCCW because a friend of mine works for a shop and has these heads on the shelf

I did not know that. I talk to him he was only talking about his trick flow heads and it was a little too pricey for me because I have to buy new rockers and just a heads CNC is expensive in itself. I might have to reach out to him and ask him about it.
