May I inquire as to why you are asking? If it is anything related to GM's claims of "cylinder head issues only occurred between X and Y dates", those claims have been proven to be false, time and time again.

I always wondered about this. I had heard many times after a certain year this was not an issue but I guess now I know

If you want to know when the engine was put together take the intake off. it should be stamped on the valley cover
