What is the going rate to have a wiggle test performed

$150-300, and most shops will put that money towards the labor on a head swap if they do the work.

The only time you will know for sure if your valve guides need to be replaced are when you drop a valve, or you have an LS7 competent machine shop fix your heads. I sent mine to AHP and you can't go wrong with either of their LS7 valve guides.
