Your error comes at WOT which is the TPS misreading throttle position, it's got a bad tps.

also you say the TPS in the thorttel body is crap or broken !?
also if I tune the TB with Hp Tuners with my friend the failure comes again??

thanks for your help man

Yes, If you have an LS2/3/7/9 TB, the TPS is built into the TB and to my knowledge not serviceable.
Its most likely the TPS, works fine until WOT or above 80% then it craps out and the engine/pcm goes into reduced power mode with rpms hanging around 1900-2100rpm. Throttle becomes unresponsive to input

You can swap out the TPS for one out of a gold bladed TB.

That didnt work when I tried it on my LS2 TB, it came the f apart and the TPS was bonded to the TB. Mine was an ACDelco TB though, made in China so that may have been the problem

Also my original Gm throttle body with silver plate goes from 25-85 ~percent and the another one goes from 25-82 precnet

after this I open the new 102mm throttle body and limited the way from 25 percent to 70 percent but i have the same issues if I give full thorttle to the pedal failure comes again.

P1516

I think maybe the problem is full thorttle is not 85 percent on the throttle body and because of it the failure comes if the ecu need the 85 percent not the 82 percent??

I think i know the Problem i have Stock one ls7 Silver blade throttle body and after 2009 ls3 ls7 has Gold blade throttle body and the 102 tb goes the same direction opening and closing like that the lade models tb

also I think without any tune its not possible to run a thorttle body with another opening direction.
Otherwise if I'm wrong

Also, I tested it with Original NW 102mm with no issues.
(After) that I buy used 90mm gold plate tb and build to this in my own 102mm Tb and it runs very good.
