Default Will different year transmission and diffs bolt up?

Im trying to buy a 2009 C6Z diff but cant really find out if a 06 or 07 C6Z T56 will bolt right up to a later model diff. Im thinking it will, its the C6 T56 that wont work, correct?

Ive bolted an 07 diff to an 09 6060. The diff cooling lines are different so make sure to keep the ones on your original diff or use the ones on the new one. It bolted up no problem and the cv shafts are the same. The output shaft on the 09 axles are different, I found that out the hard way when replacing a bearing. It should work fine for you.

What year is your car? I believe it was in 2009 GM changed the rear cradle, which effects the diff mounts (side plates) as long as you have a C6Z trans (T56 or TR6060) it will bolt up. like said above the only difference, as far as fitment goes, is one of the cooler lines is different between the TR6060 and T56.
