How much boost can a LS7 intake take
Wasn't sure if everyone had seen this. Car is actually a GS it's debatable if the owner actually intended to do this..

Mine started to split at ~23-24psi. Hairline cranks were slowly forming.

Yes, easily. Seen it happen a few times. Mostly with fast intakes before people started listening. Probably with MSD as well.
Friends shop had a procharged camaro come in, missing bad. Took fast intake apart, and one runner was laying sideways in the plenum. Chunks of plastic everywhere. The mounting bolts for the runners were cracked, and chunks of the runners were getting sucked into the motor.
