I know there will be noise associated with a twin disc clutch, but how much is normal? Mine is pretty noisy at idle during a cold start, but goes quiet when I press in the clutch pedal. It also seems to quiet down when the car has been driven and is up to operating temperature. I really haven't thought too much of it - put roughly 2,000 miles on the car since I bought it in September, but my tuner was worried, which made me a little worried.
Here's a video of when it's pretty noisy. Normal or is it worth having it pulled apart and inspected?

It's normal for the clutch and most twin discs too. I've had mine since 2012. Sad to say, it's been a chattering and shuddering POS from day 1 and now it's started slipping. I'm replacing it with a Monster LT1S. The RXT will go in the trash!

Both my RXT and RPS BC2 made that same noise, even with every other drivetrain part replaced. You're good.

My RXT has about 15K miles on it now and it has never sounded like that. Installed by CPR when they did all my original HCIE work. Very smooth engagement and nicely slipable when needed.

mine kinda rattles a bit, but once i push the clutch in and put load on everything it goes away. I also push in the clutch when i turn off the car, otherwise it sounds like a cummins engine shutting off -that little belt slip at the end LOL
also using the RXT with oem hydraulics
