Default AH and multiple sets of tires with TPMS

Ok - checked almost all the threads here and not found a good solution. 2013 ZR1

have coil overs with shock deletes - no issue can still get to race mode with no other errors - provided a TPMS sensors working.

when swapping out street tires for race slicks - my TPMS learn tool is about 25% successful in getting new wheels learned - when the fail to learn correctly - of course service handling message comes on and race mode can’t be selected anymore

so AH kicks in and #&!!$$ me on the corners by pushing brakes....no good

so to solve that - pull steering wheel sensor but service handling message comes on again and speed limited to 158 mph - no good at COTA and other tracks with long straights.

would like to run with steering sensor pulled (no need to worry about TPMS message) but want to get rid of the 158 mph limit.

is there a way to do this?

can a Tech 2 turn on/off (disable) certain F55 codes?

What about the LG track box. Eliminates tpms and you can connect your steering wheel sensor.

more asking what one can and cannot adjust on the F55 module

Gotcha.

TPMS and reset tool battery new?

My $16 tool from amazon works 100% of the time and only takes seconds.

i have
one of these one of these
and it has never not worked. I change my tires two or more times a day on a track or autocross weekend. Never had an issue with it not getting the new wheels and tires learned.

Went by local shop here that had a Tech 2 - even with all TPMS sensors working fine / still got service handling message and 158 mph limit imposed - cleared codes on F55 with tech 2 and still got error - could set in race mode and see that AH was off - all TPMS sensors working but 158 mph limit was there.....

Just do what I did.. Abandon all that BS and run a TPMS eliminator. This is superior to the LG solution (NO error codes set) and way cheaper, and the right way to do it (emulates the wireless signal from TPMS).

Again would like to keep using the TPMS if possible and NOT have car take a dump if one sensor comes in/out for few minutes.....having increasing tire pressure over time is good data to have on the track.....

there’s got to be a way to disable AH all the time and keep TC and ABS fully functional.....without getting the 158 mph imposed....pulling steering position sensor plug is only 1/2 the correct solution....
