It sad they had to tag it a COD. Copart enhances their vehicle prior to a photo section.

Typically you have about 30days to transfer title from one owner to the next. I bought a bike a couple years ago that the title skipped ownership and had to pay a $200 fee for late title registration.

Sell it to a person from Kentucky. There got to be someone in that state that would be interested.

It has been on CL. Problem is that with the COD, for a vast majority of potential buyers, you are buying a track or parts car as you won't be able to title/register it in most states.

Shame beautiful car and if not for the KY Salvage title (cant believe they title that way) would make someone a awesome car for reasonable money.

FYI My cousin bought a viper 2 years ago same situation. Painful. Advertised it in KY for over a year to sell it. The seller said no issue registering it, he lied...

KY/SC only two states he could sell it in.

Good luck, hope it treats you well.
