the sizes are all listed in the procharger manual as well as the clamp size. you will want to reffrence that!! trust me took twice to get it right for me since the new hoses where a little thinner then the gates hunks and the clamps run a little diffrent to. about 140 is right but anywhere up to 200 depending on the parts you choose. still think procharger needs to address this it can't add that much to the price of the kit and save us all 200.00 at the same time
Hoses are from a place called Fluid Systems, there high pressure/high temp hoses, much stronger and lighter than rubber. I replaced the clamps also. It was about $140 for everything.
Thanks Mike

Do you happen to have the size of hoses or any part #s. Thanks
You can get the hoses at the Parker store, there nationwide. The hoses are made by Therma-flex. There 3 inch i.d. hoses, 6 inch 90 elbows and a 4 inch staight.
And add another to Jayson at Motorsports Technologies (the real MTI). Jayson has been working with my cars beginning with my old 3rd gen RX7. His professionalism and common sense (leave a bit for safety) is appreciated long after you pay the bill and drive away. He always gives a little extra effort to make sure you are happy.
was warm enough for tires to hold on a little today sotook it out. i couldn't belive it but i have gained 1 psi from this mod!!!! i am now seeing 6 psi of boost instead of 5........
Sorry to bring this one back from the dead! But it seems there is no other information on this great idea since this thread in 2007...
So, has anybody else besides the 3 guys in this thread that has flipped the Procharger intercooler to the passenger side? Any other pics, tips, or tricks?
