the sizes are all listed in the procharger manual as well as the clamp size. you will want to reffrence that!! trust me took twice to get it right for me since the new hoses where a little thinner then the gates hunks and the clamps run a little diffrent to. about 140 is right but anywhere up to 200 depending on the parts you choose. still think procharger needs to address this it can't add that much to the price of the kit and save us all 200.00 at the same time

Big Bollas & Mr Big, what kind of fuel mileage are you guys getting driving around town, assuming your not flooring it or going into boost?

When I drive casually with the flow of traffic
I'm getting 24+ mpg on the highway .
City about 14-16.
But, when you are on the pedal, forget it.

Example:
10 dyno pulls = 3/4 of a tank
.
.

You can get the hoses at the Parker store, there nationwide. The hoses are made by Therma-flex. There 3 inch i.d. hoses, 6 inch 90 elbows and a 4 inch staight.

Great numbers, Dan.

And add another to Jayson at Motorsports Technologies (the real MTI). Jayson has been working with my cars beginning with my old 3rd gen RX7. His professionalism and common sense (leave a bit for safety) is appreciated long after you pay the bill and drive away. He always gives a little extra effort to make sure you are happy.

Sorry to bring this one back from the dead! But it seems there is no other information on this great idea since this thread in 2007...

So, has anybody else besides the 3 guys in this thread that has flipped the Procharger intercooler to the passenger side? Any other pics, tips, or tricks?

99.9% pc changed the design so unless you have a really old PC kit this is kind of pointless.

Unreal I think you are right. I now need to remove my front bumper and change the IC mount and piping to the updated design....

My local tuner just told me that only reason why Procharger made the change was cost savings..... Not sure what to do...
