I'm trying to get a whole lot of info in a very short time and am still confused as to how meth works.

I am going to be twin turboing my c6 and would like to run a boost controller so I can switch from low boost to high boost with Meth... my question is if my car is tuned for low boost won't I run into a problem when I boost high? Will I lean out? What about the timing?

Would I have to run HP tuners with 2 different tunes?
My car was tuned @ 10 psi and then I had them run dyno plots for 8 psi and 7.5 psi and they showed that the A/F ratio went rich and the transition to meth injection @ 2500 rpm was not as clean. Frankly if I had the ability to load an optimized tune for each setting that would be the best way to go, otherwise I would think it would be better to do the tune at the highest boost and then not have to worry about timing or A/F ratios when you drop the boost. Another thing to remember is that the tune for wide open throttle is probably much different than part throttle. I can drive around all day and never go into the boost mode, one of the main things that made me decide to go with the TT set up. Hopefully, some one with real tuning experience will chime in.

I just saw this as one of the forum sponsors... their kit looks pretty convincing... anyone have any experience w/ this ??

http://www.alcohol-injection.com/

My only problem is that they have SPEED SHOP in Miami as a vendor... They are a bunch of crooks that cant spell chevy let alone work on one.

The AIS kit is very good. The components are very basic so I doubt that you will much difference i the parts quality from one vendor to the other. The pump is tough to find a place for mounting on a C6. I put mine in front of the fender on the driver's side. Diconnect the factory IAT and mount a discrete one downstream of the meth jets. You must then do a new dyno tune to take advantage of the lower IAT. You can get a bit more agressive with the AFR and timing curves while offering more safety to your engine. Mine made 55 hp more at 6000.
