What year model car? I'm wondering what rear end... the '05's are horrible, broke mine to pieces the first 2000miles... Do you have a beefed out put shaft? D.R.s or Slicks? give us some info about what you have and what tire you'll be running...

I put 20K miles on my BONE STOCK driveline running 8 pounds through a Procharger , pounding the hell out of the car . Stock clutch even held ( a little slip tword the end, not too bad ) .
Trick was I was on stock runflats , so I basically was sacrificing 1st and 2nd gear .

I'm trying to determine what I need to improve if anything for reliability. Also with winter approaching I'm looking ahead to next spring and what mods I may want to do.

Clutch will go first. If you have a Z06 clutch (2007 + cars) it will last longer but they always go eventually.
Next will be either the rear diff or the half shaft (usually the drivers side). If you have an 05 car, get that rear diff changed ASAP. If not then it will be OK for a while. A DTE brace is recommended but it won't prevent breakage.
Next up would be the transmission itself. Or the driveshaft. Most of these driveline failures happen with drag tires, but if you wheelhop bad, no upgrade in the world will save it...
Engine wise a good tune should have it last at that power level. Usual failures on boosted motors are head gaskets, piston rings, pistons and crank/rod bearings.
The hp bug is starting to bite again and I don't want the flatbed ride of shame. Aside from the clutch what parts do I need to worry about?
Still have a stock driveline. Decided to keep the stock rear gear ratio. Will see a drag strip someday but with street tires only.

If you have an 07 or better, you already have an LS7 clutch and you will be fine. I have had my A&A kit for 5000 pretty hard miles and it works flawless. The only flatbed ride of shame I ever had was from a broken supercharger belt. Other than that, my car was tuned pretty conservatively and seems to be running stronger than ever.
