Anyone switch from 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 after adding a supercharger?
I am doing it soon. I think the 1 3/4 may limit things over 500 rwhp.

Well I'm at 597RWHP with the 1 3/4" headers and that's with the larger 3.8" pulley and pump gas. I am sure I could do heads, cams, a smaller pulley, a FAST intake manifold and methanol injection and make much more power (maybe 50 - 70WHP more, completely limited by the blower) still on the Kooks 1 3/4".
Are there gains to be had by switching to larger diameter headers? Absolutely. But this is no free lunch; you will make more power up top at the cost of reduced low end torque... Since centrifugal blowers make very little low RPM boost and TONS of top end, I consider the smaller headers to be a good compromise in making a flatter torque curve and a fatter power band.
Unless peak numbers are your thing... In which case the bigger headers will give you a larger peak.

I too am curious if anyone has tried it though!

Remains to be seen since the 1 3/4's are sold and coming off in the morning. The post with the Zr-1 headers tryed 1 3/4 and had less
through the whole curve than the 1 7/8's. Also Kooks' says go to 1 7/8
when hitting over 500 rwhp.Any advantage the 1 3/4 have will be gone by 3000 rpm is my guess!

once again guys, I'm not saying that there aren't gains to be had by the switch... but I'm still on 1 3/4 primaries... So we know they are good to 750+rwhp... I just think the money spent on the larger headers could be spent on smarter HP... With that said... I'm not knocking what you have made the decision to do, and I'm anxious to see your results

You're still on 1 3/4" headers??? Wow!

Looking forward to seeing how the switch works out for Rock'n Blue. I too saw the post where the ZR-1 lost torque with the 1 3/4", but that is a very different setup using a positive displacement blower; what works there may not directly translate to something that works well with us centrifugal guys...
