Default Centri guys with autos

What do you think of your combos? Hows does the A6 or even a4 match up with a Centri blower? Is their boost loss when the car shifts? Would you say they are a good match. How does the car pull up top?

I am waiting to get my 08 back with a Novi 2200/alky kit and headers. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning and I would love to hear anything from the guys with auto C6's and Centri blowers. Thanks!!

I am told it is an excelent combo... Your boost will go down some when it shifts, just like a manual, since boost is RPM dependant, but it will be quick!

The thing you have to watch out for about autos with a lot of power is that when it shifts it will want to get lose on you... Make sure you invest in the best tires you can get

Yea after I wear these stock supercars out I will invest in a CCW rim and tire package. The only thing that worries me now is when the car downshifts. Just thinking of that seems scary

Ive put over 4k miles on my D1 with stock A6 with the shift tune. Its holding up well at 504/440. Now though with smaller pulley and bigger injectors ill find out heh.

I run 19x11 with KDW2's 295s(they dont makem wider). I can punch it at 60/70 an the rearend will hunker down then take off like a slingshot, it rarely will start to break loose.

If your worried about it dropping from 6th down into 4th or even 3rd, I can blip the throttle(same fashion as trying to get someone to race), and itll drop down to the gear it needs to be in. If i dont do anything within 10sec though itll go back into cruise mode.

I love my Paxton A6 combo. It stops shifts like it should and with tc on it might lose traction a little but it never really goes sideways as long as the roads are good. But I usually don't go full throttle on bad roads. On the other hand I am at 5280 ft so traction doesn't seem to be as big an issue.

Your tune should disable power downshifts. This will not allow a downshift into high rpms which would cause an instant high boost likely causing knock retard.

I just got a completed set of 18" CCW wheels with Nittos all around with DR's for the rear. I got the C10's in gloss black and they look sweet

With an A&A S/C, stage 2 heads and cam, the A6 is a blast to drive

Great millage and very civil until you apply your right foot... at 60mph I can break the rear tires loose and accelerate at a very scary rate.

I highly recommend it.

Wow that's sick. Well I will let Doug at ECS tune it and set it up the way he thinks is best. He is a great tuner and I am sure I will be happy with the results. I love your hood. Looks badass
