If your kit did not come with them you should be ok to get to where you are going. I would not get in to it but just let it break in and check for leaks as you go along. Enjoy it you will be happy with it . I just did my truck a few weeks ago and love it.

It has a bypass valve; that is supposed to prevent it from going into boost at very light throttle because if it did fuel consumption during light driving would go way up..
You can drive it to the tuners, just keep your foot out of it. If you are running the factory (stock) injectors, they will definitely need to be changed. Magnachargers come with 42-48 lb injectors (depending on the pkg).

I don't mean to be ignorant, but how do you get the stock injectors to plug into the Maggie fuel rails? Mine came with the Bosch greentops and adapter harnesses.

Yes it does, however it isn't the same as some other types of F/I that require more throttle and RPMs to achieve significant boost. Maybe I shouldn't have said "very" light throttle. Owner should have a boost gauge and stay out of boost. That should be easier to understand.
I am in the process of installing my maggie will i be able to run factory injectors to drive to tuner any suggestions?
You should have a paper from Callaway that lets you send them your PCM. They will give you a tune that will allow you to drive to your tuner. I just picked up my maggie and that what they did for me.
