Note how the boost and power "flatten" at 5700 RPM - given more CFM it will easily move past 850 mark at the tire. This is the standard 1500 Novi and 6 rib set-up.

Later this spring the owner will upgrade to the largest Novi unit and we will push the boost up past 14 PSI. For now, though, he is plenty happy with his new found power.

Build specs include..

Wyseco Pistons
Steel Rods
Forged Crank
Darton Sleeved LS7
RPM Heads & Intake

"Small blower on built Z06"
Charlie,
The novi1500 is the same as a Vortech T-trim rated for 1200 cfm and 825 hp. You call this a small blower?
Then what do call the novi1200 / vortech S-trim? a mini miniscule blower?
You cut me deep, bro...
btw, I have the S-trim.
How much do you want for that "small blower"?

I didn't measure it. The customer brought the kit and it is as purchased from ECS - give Chris a call and he'll fill you in on the diameter. No sense in spinning this unit harder though, just need to install the largest NOVI & 8 rib (unless ECS has their 10 rib for this set-up) and all will be fine.

Well, "small blower" relatively speaking, of course I'll PM you on the price of the head unit once the customer takes it off - but it won't be for several months...

Nice results Charlie! Healthy power for only nine lbs.

I would think the 2200 could bring it into the 900 range if you leaned on it.
