Nick,
Not discounting your accomplishments in ANY WAY but my point was that he's looking for a proven kit (meaning mass produced and proven not to have any heating issues). That's why I said what I said.

Forget blowing it up, why not sell the block and get some $$ out of it and start fresh..
Maybe a Warhawk?? I saw a real nice one down at ECS on Wednesday with a single turbo going in it. Doug said it was going to make 1500hp no problem

If you can afford it, sell your existing motor and do it RIGHT from the ground up!

This is what you call a thread hijack. To answer your question. Very easy. See sig. Those #'s on pump gas and a very hot engine because I wanted worst case scenario. Even though I had to shut down early due to clutch slip, I proved with earlier runs that the car can easily do 950.

If you don't want to put a ton of money into a build, our LS2 build is a great way to go.
http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1715 It depends on how much power you want to make, as the 4 bolt heads will limit you to somewhere around 20 to 22 psi of boost. If your goal is for more boost than this, then I would go with a 6 bolt block and head combo. Bob
