hey all,
about to get into my STS build on my LS3 A6, and was suggested that i look into a carbon fiber driveshaft. Because of there not being many upgrades for the A6 tranny, my tuner says its a great way to easy up some stress on the tranny at the track, and shave some weight. we are planning on anywhere from 650-700 rwhp
just want to hear some thoughts and advice. Is there anything else i should consider to protect my tranny?
BTW, i have ARH w/ 3' pipes no cats, vette doctors turbo/blower specified cam and injectors, dewitts radiator and 160 therm
thanks for the input...do you think investing in a CF driveshaft is better spent then maybe doing other tranny upgrades? i heard gears help the tranny a bit as well
