Default Nitrous help please

I need some advice....again. I cant find a suitable place to mount the nitrous an fuel solenoids under the hood. They dont seem to fit anywhere. I am trying to keep the covers on the motor, so I dont want to top mount them. Everywhere I have tried to mount them either interferes with the hood closing or the braided line wont fit.

My install has been temporarily stalled any help would be appreciated.

You can buy a bracket to mount them like this or make one....

Is your hood modified? My hood wouldn't close with the solenoids there.

Most guys seem to like to install them under the fuel rail covers. Browse through our gallery and hopefully you can get a few ideas from there. Thanks.

Not modified, must not be mounting yours close enough down to the throttle body

I modded these mounts to get the noids closer to the CAI. Also, in my installs pictorial is many combos to check out. I have just added a C5/C6 (still working on it) nitrous install how-to and show exactly how to get your noid(s) to mount under the covers with out touching anything.
Solenoid Mounts

C5/C6 Install How-To

Here's the on display style I am currently using,

and another on display style which won't interfer with the hood,

and a hidden set-up which is from the Install How-To,

and a C6 hidden install by member Ratt G,

Hope this helps give you some ideas. we can actually get as creative as we want because there is really no set rules on where or how to mount the solenoids. Mostly, clean installs will be uncluttered, meaning, we can have our products on display and look very, very trick. Though some want nothing showing, I am not one of those, lol.

I finally figured out the best location for my install. I used the throttle body bolt on the top driver side for the fuel solenoid. I then drilled a small hole in the radiator shroud, twisted the supplied HSW solenoid bracket and mounted the nitrous and purge solenoid on the shroud. I put the purge solenoid pointing up and the nitrous supply line pointing down. I put the nitrous and purge solenoid as close as possible to the air intake. I had to twist the bracket with vise grips in order to get them to sit perpendicular with the car. I will try and post a picture when I get a chance. Thanks to all who helped out!
