Ricky,

When are you going to post up that time slip? I would really like to take a close look at it and see where I need to improve.

I have compared your Dyno curve (prior to the auto since you haven't posted one with the auto) to mine and I am making more power EVERYWHERE by a lot.

I think what you have accomplished with a good deal less power is nothing short of amazing and I would just like to compare your 8.81 time slip to my 9.2x time slips.

The only real factors of difference is that you have 300lbs less and the 4L80 vs the 4L65 and we all know that the 4L80 has better gearing for the 1/4 mile than the 4l65.

So, if you can find time, please post the slip so those of us that want be competitive with the pass can figure out what needs to be done.

Like you said, if your not first your last... and I don't plan on being last for long.

Thanks in advance!

Gearing and weight are huge differences. Not to mention different track, different day. He probably has A LOT more traction in his car than yours.

The slip is probably not going to answer many questions for you.....my opinion.

I'm sure you guys will figure it out. Your car is a monster and I'm sure you'll be breaking records again soon.

What do your cars weigh? 300lbs can really kill a 60ft time, Loose a tenth here loose 2 tenths at the other end!

I am new to all this but is that a good time or somthing??? LoLo just kidding not bragging but still got some more in the tune we never had anywhere near as much timing in the tune as when it was on the dyno those runs were at 19 or 20 degrees of timing lots of room left.

Wow nice job on the 1.32 guys, was that on drag radials?

I've gone 1.35 on drag radials in a Firebird, left hard.

Yes that is on a 325/45/17 M&H Radial. We ordered the 390's for it

I don't believe the 390 will fit!

Your best bet is the new MT... I ran that same M&H for a while.. No contest when compared to the new MT... However, that 60' is just as I suspected.... That number will be hard to improve.

Just damn on your 1/8th mile time!

19 or 20 degrees of timing is about all you're going to want to run... However, put C16 in it and turn the boost up 5-6 PSI... I'm predicting 8.40's....

Fran,

Do you mean 23-34 degrees on C16 WITH Meth or on Pump gas with meth?

Also, what boost level do you plan to run with that much timing?

Pump gas and meth we can run that much. His car makes 16 psi.

I can't even imagine how that is possible!

I can get 15 PSI on 19 degrees and that's the absolute edge (and this is with A LOT of meth). You must have figured out the PERFECT cam numbers for our application.
