Corey Henderson is installing an Extreme Fuel System from APS in my C6 corvette. It had the stock APS fuel system with the Kenne Belle Boost A Pump. Has anyone gone back and installed an Extreme Fuel system and if is, did you leave and use the Kenne Belle or remove it?

No need for a BAP with that fuel system. The BAP is used to boost the output of the stock pump.

You can leave the boost a pump if you like, it depends on the demanded output of fuel you need for your car, the two walbaros will not sustain safely much over the 1000 wheel horse power range, you will need additions to the system if you are trying to achieve over this amount.
But if your only going for 8-9 hundred horsepower it works well.

Brandon what does that APS fuel system run for cost?
Louis, why do you leave the BAP when doing an Extreme Fuel System on a C6 APS system? What can it offer in backup, safety, performance, etc? Can you share this?
Because if you ever max that system out, its very easy to use the BAP to extend the fuel system with out changing out hardware. Real quick, real easy, its already on the car, leave it.
Is it necessary? No. Leave it turned down, and if you need it, you can use it!
Would I install one WITH the extreme system? No. Your case is different than most

Right on key, we most recently used this idealogy on a high output supercharger car, with a similarly designed in tank system.
I do however like the idea of a surge tank properly sized with flow capacity to maintain constant and consistent fuel pressure. Lou has a system like this for sale, and there are many shops as well who create these (including ourselves) on a case basis.
Also please remember as the demand for voltage and amperage in the car increase with all the added fuel pumps, comes a larger demand on the charging system, another point of influence.
