How much boost

Can anyone tell me the max boost a stock C6 can handle before you pop the motor.

4# with 24 degrees of timing and 12# with 10 degrees of timing.

These are just numbers that I'm throwing out there, but they are indicative of what is tolerable on a stock engine.
There is no set number for boost. There are just too many variables.
We usually run about 7-8 # in our kits.

Any's numbers are in line with my experience as well.

Realize that there is a bell-shaped curve (timing vs. boost) that nets the most power. The trick is to land at the peak of that curve (safely!)!
