Default ECS question

Greetings,

As I understand it, ECS has authorized dealers/installers for the kits. My question is: If I purchase, say a SC600 w/meth kit, that Doug would have tunned at around 650-700RWHP, and have it installed in the authorized place, would they be able to tune with the same results?

Thanx!

Not every identical setup will produce identical numbers. There are lots of variables that will affect the final output.

I've seen guys with my same ECS/LS3 setup range from 50hp less to 50hp more.

I often send tunes to our install centers, along with giving any info necessary to duplicate what we produce here regularly. I'm sure we can help you achieve the same!

Thanx for the response Doug! I know you guys are putting down some mad power and I don't want to be shorted out with someone less skilled or familiar with your systems. I would be in GA when I do this, and it will be a while, since I'm in Korea, but I'll make up my mind by then wether to take the trip or do it in GA...it would be a nice drive there and brake in on the way back. Can't wait :{

I would recommend taking the drive up to ECS;. While I am sure there are many good tuners out there, Doug is one of the best. I researched this a lot before making my choice. Could not find any negative info about Chris, Doug or Ecs. Tim
