Twin 255 Fuel Pump questions
How much RWHP will twin 255 Walboros handle on a boosted application with a return style system?
Who has a turn key, complete kit?
I want to think about upgrading the fuel system and...
1. I don't want any sort of BAP when I am done
2. I don't want any sort of hobbs switch in the system
3. I don't want any system that turns on extra pump(s) under boost
4. I don't want to be the first to use a system or kit

If I needed a fuel system, this is exactly what I would want as well.

Twin 255's will safely support 1400 FWHP on petrol based fuel.
You have the right approach with your list of requirements. Don't deviate from it one bit. You may end up building your own fuel system (several of us have done this). It's not a bad plan!
Worth considering - when you're @ this point in your build you may want to consider an E85 conversion......................... It's cheap to go ahead and do the conversion at this point in your build... Remember - you'll need roughly 60% more volume capacity, eth compatible pumps, lines, rails and injectors (not hard to find these days)!
Just remember - you MAY have to blend your own E85. A lot of stations are taking 87 octane and blending it resulting in less than optimal E85 Octane. I know lots of folks are making their own with C16 and 85% ethanol. BIG Difference and doesn't kill 02 sensors (at least quickly).
