I want to go with analog gauges. Wideband, fuel pressure, and mechanical boost. I want to get something as close to stock appearence as I can. How would you set up the data logging feature on the AEM product? Do you need a connector?

NGK AFX is the best thing going right now. Especially since it now comes with hte NTK sensor.
The data logging "feature" on the AEM is nothing more than an output that you would wire into a serial (DB9) connector, plug into your laptop and open hyperterm. It spews the AFRs into a log with the timestamp for each sample.
IMO the Autometer Pro Comp gauges match the dash the best. You're not going to find an analog WB gauge though. I have the AEM and it has done well. I keep it in the glovebox and I just open the glovebox when I will be doing spirited driving. I also log a ton of data into HP Tuners so I see my AFR and boost there.

Innovate currently doesn't make a fuel matching fuel pressure gauge, however the company that makes their products for them does make a matching fuel pressure gauge. The only difference is it won't say innovate, and it matches perfectly.
