Which is faster???
Hey all I'm saying is that is VERY RARE seeing two Z06's with "EXACT conditions" so whats the point of arguing about that???
Both power adders are very good for your Z... if one of them have better driver or for any reason grip better than the other it will be faster... No matter if the dyno numbers said otherwise.

a n20 would win EVERYTIME .. i have run n20 for 8 years .. and have a ton of roll racing in the street and n20 car with the same hp will beat a s.c car ALL freaking day.. not much to discuss HP vs. HP n20 will win.
it will basiclly jump a S/c car by 2-3 car s and hold the win... again please understand we are talking the same hp.
and god forbid its over 90* outside.. s/c is toast..

8 years? 2 years short from what I have... anyway, if I show you my videos when I was N/A and won vs other Z06's with more whp (4 to be exact) what will you say?
wheelspin? driver mode? ect.? that's my point, there will never be a "same conditions" in this matter... and that is a fact.
Numbers are Numbers... and there is not a Fact that always a 600 NOS Z will win a 600 S/C Z.
P.S. here are my videos in N/A form (close roads)

Last one with that I had with the S/C

Oh here is one that I know your gonna love (also N/A)

Nah. You're wrong. It's a fact. You are ignoring other variables. The only point being made here is that when ALL ELSE IS EQUAL the nitrous car is fast. That may not play out a lot, but it is something to consider when choosing a power adder.
BTW, my car is boosted and not sprayed. I'm just making a point.

OK... Your the expert, I'm just a guy who have a Z

But I'm the only one posting evidence of what I'm saying (Nothing is a Fact on the streets) and I'm wrong

"Bench Racing" its the ****!
Johnny B with the TT Ford GT out of West Palm Beach has the official mile record @ 252.97. It has twin 76's (that's Twin Turbo for the uninitiated) and 400-500HP worth of progressively controlled Nitrous.
Nitrous vs. Supercharger:
Generally the area under the curve is what wins a race IF you have traction. That's the bottom line.
Now, what is a major determining factor of that area under the curve [on a Nitrous car]? Answer: How early are you willing to hit that button? 2K RPM? 2,500 RPM? 3K RPM? 3,500 RPM????
I think you and your buddy should be a good race... However, if you (FI) have equal or less power than him (Nitrous) and you both have traction, he's probably going to inch by you.

Is it possible for a built C6ZO6 w/400 shot to ran SW TT Gallardo?? or even ur car..Since ur car is SUPER quick.
BTW...Have u ever VBOX it and check ur 60-130?
Here some 60-130 for several FAST cars
3.40 - Bob Helms, TT Viper, Auto
3.53 - Underground Racing TT Gallardo, 1,300 rwhp, 2-shifts
3.93 - 931 rwhp Supra, 88mm turbo, TH400 Auto, ET Drags
4.09 - Acicchelli / TT Gallardo / 1-shift
4.52 - jbsteven / SC&TT Ford GT 994 rwhp / 1-shift
4.53 - HoustonT / 880 rwhp Supra / 1-shift
4.87 - Oz / Supra / 1-shift
5.14 - Hllywood / TT Viper / 93 octane/ 2-shifts
5.27 – Lil Powell / C5 Vette with big motor and NOS <--- mid 800's
On TX mile the Turbo'ed cars still the FASTEST

Youre barking up the wrong tree here, as I am very well aware of what makes for a fast car.My best recorded 60-130 is 4.4 sec. That was last year right after we got the car running. At the last event I went to the car ran a 2.31 60-100 but trans issues kept the car from making a full run.
I will still say nitrous cars will out accelerate FI cars. Why are the fastest mile cars turbo cars? IDK. I think it would be almost impossible to carry enough nitrous to spray a 600-700 hp shot for the 20-30 secs the fast cars take to make the run. Comparing any of these cars to what I believe the OP was asking is not a good comparison.

4.4sec WOW!!!...Is that ran with or without Nitrous?
Thanks

That's one thing we are gonna do... not because of this thread, just because we like to race and SEE FROM OURSELVES the outcome... discussing witch one make more whp & wtq and conclude that the "highest number" is the fastest is very lame... also, where is the fun in that???
People go and race your cars, enjoy every minute of them and do not underestimate what you have... dyno numbers are just that "numbers".
The important thing is that you have fun, no matter if you win or loose.

Oh. people never factor in the DRIVER as a variable either which is a big one in my book...
