Gave the deposit to the good folks at ECS for an e-force installation. Should be going down in two weeks (I wish it was going today). Since my car is an auto I am hoping to get a nice tune in sport mode to get a more positive feel from the shifting. It is really sloppy.
Thanks, I've tortured myself on blower v turbo and then I decided to go blower because they only kit is TTiX and as you know it is a 14k plus install. Then I saw the e-force early this year and started to think top mounted will be cool for an install and forget type car. Then it finally came out.
I chatted with the ECS guys for about three minutes before I pulled out my credit card for the deposit. However, I have done a bit of reading. I plan on taking the car for a good run before hand to remember the before feeling.
Good luck. I'm sure 2 weeks will seem like a long time. My car is in the shop now getting one installed. I'm getting new heads, cam, headers and Z06 fuel pump while it's there. I'm also having the oil pan gasket replaced as it was beginning to develop a slight leak. Nothing on the floor, but I didn't want to spend all that money on the car and have it leaking oil. Below is a link with some photos of the progress so far. It's best to start with the last one and work backwards. I have an A6 as well. I'm getting a trans. tune as part of the package. I'll let you know what I think when I get it back

Looks good, when do you get it back? What cam, etc?
My car is an A6 with an LS2 so I opted to go with L92/LS3 heads to avoid the wait for the LS2 E-Force to come out. I'm having a Livernois Stage 2C cam installed (224/236 .612/.612 -118 LSA). It's also getting Kooks long tubes and a Z06 fuel pump. Using the Z06 pump will produce the same results as the higher output set up from Edelbrock. Once done and on the dyno a determination will be made as to which pulley produces the best results. I expect to have it back early next week.

Please drop results/impressions in this thread. I was discussing a cam with ECS and haven't made a determination. I am leaning towards doing it for that bit of extra grunt. I haven't done exhaust because, like yours, it is a convertible and I am trying to hold the noise down. So I hope you get it back soon so we can read your what thoughts related to that.

What kit did you order - competition kit?
Everything for the LS3 kit bolt onto your LS2?
I am looking at a LS3 competition kit - since its cheaper and the doesnt have the fuel rail covers...
I have an 05 C6 - GMPP CNC ported L92/LS3 heads - LS7 manifolds....

How about the moved map sensor?
I got the standard LS3 kit, but had a Z06 fuel pump installed which produces the same results as the Edelbrock high output kit. The final pulley selection will be determined once the car is on the dyno. The blower bolts directly to the L92/LS3 heads, but it was necessary to machine the back of the blower cover to clear the firewall on LS2 equipped cars. According to Livernois, this is essentially what Edelbrock is doing to the units produced for LS2's. I expect to have the car back early next week. I'll let you know if it was necessary to move the sensor.
