Looks like a fun setup! I realize that dyno numbers are not everything, but I figured you would have made a little more power considering you have ported heads and a cam. My centrifugal SC made low 600s with similar mods minus my heads being stock 243's. I do like your torque curve, but I figured you would have made closer to 600whp.

Is your car an auto or manual? Mike's is an auto, but this setup on a manual trans car makes 640-650 RWHP.

I'm very pleased with the results and with the dramatic change the blower and the rest of the mod's. have made to my car. I've put a little over 200 miles on it since getting it back and haven't experienced any issues. It's been very hot here for the past 2 weeks and the car runs a little hotter than I would like so I'm having a new DeWitt's radiator installed on the 20th. I'm still a little undecided about my new exhaust. The car sounds great on the outside, but the volume and the resonance on the inside can be a little overwhelming. This is my third aftermarket exhaust and it may not be my last.

Didn't you try the 3in magnaflow? If so, how was that.. I am looking for the quietest 3in exhaust I can find.. Keep me posted!

If you havent tried the Z06 bi-mode exhaust.....it's great, especially with the muffler mod. Loud when you want, quiet when the wife is in the car!

My blower only GS is within 20 HP of him thru an A6, and I make WAY more Tq. I can only hope that his converter is that sloppy, or the tires were slipping on the dyno.

It is never quiet when the wife is in the car. The whole purpose of the M2W is to drown her out.

Post your dyno sheet and mods and lets discuss or better yet let the builder (Livernois) tell you why you are trying to compare apples to prunes.

If Mike, or Doug still have the sheet, they are more than welcome to post it up. Bottom line is my car made 530/520 in 95+ heat and swamp like humidity in July with JUST a ECS 1500 kit and their tune. Not to mention that there's a stick GS with the same exact setup that I have that makes 570/560.

So basically it looks to me like the Eforce is a dud.

Declaring the eforce a dud, at this point, is a bit of a jump to conclusion. Let a few more builds get done first. There may be some spots that need attention. Might be just dyno differences etc.

Here's another "Eforce dud" for you. This "dud" came in at 633/575 and happens to be an LS3...

I'll agree with that. That's pretty much why I was pointing the finger at the torque converter being sloppy/inefficient, or maybe the car was hazing the tires on the rollers. Either that, or the ECS guys are way better than I give them credit for. I like the curves, but they do seem low to me.

Seems maybe I struck a nerve with you. Then again, what type of blower do you run? Has ANY other shop even come close to those results with one of these yet?

Most of the LS3 Vette guys going for as-is bone stock + E-Force are seeing around 525/510-ish on 6-7 lbs of boost. FYI the OP with the original dyno sheet in this thread is running a hybrid setup on a 2006 LS2.

FordRacer9 back on 26 July you announced (without a dyno sheet) you made 530/518 on your GS....pretty similiar numbers to the Edelbrock although the E-brock's torque will come in much earlier than a centri. The OP's 4 year old LS2 made 565/496....I would not count 22lbft of torque as "Way More" and it looks like you are 35hp shy of his mark rather than the 20 you claimed. This 4 year old LS2 will spank your new GS all day long!

So an LS2 with PORTED LS3 heads, CAM, HEADERS AND BLOWER makes 35 HP more than I do, in better air than I was dynod in, and even tho I make more torque, he'd spank me? You gotta be kidding me, right? How bout my buddy with the stick GS and my exact same set up? would he spank him 2?

I still say that I like his curves, but do beleive them to be low. Might be the dyno, the trans, the tires, the tuner, or a combo of them all.

Stop defending just because you sit the same as him, yet you've never gone to the track, or even put it on the rollers of a dyno.
