Find a new shop.That's.Over heating a fresh motor is really bad.

My SC'd Z runs coolant temps around 192-194 with A/C on and ambient temps in the mid to upper 90's while at highway speeds. When the ambient temps drop into the 60's my coolant temps are in the upper 170's The temps you state are WAY too high.
