Just got them yesterday. Car made 862rwhp on 16 psi with the 2.5 down pipes... We are gonna change the down pipes then we also have a fast intake and EWP to install. I wanna do a back to back comparison so we will only change the downpipes first...
I'm curious to see what you make. I am waiting to put my TTi kit together on my Z06 (well, first the Z06 has to be put back together, ha) to see what it does... They said I had the first kit that shipped with 3" DPs. I want to see how far I can go on 93 octane. 900whp would be slick.

We are on 93 octane in this car Our goal is 4 digits

I should have clarified: no meth.
I've got 9.4 static compression, but my 230/234 0.644/0.648 116+1 cam drops that to 7.0 DCR, and I have fully worked over LSX-LS7 heads from Richard at WCCH. I'm hoping it all works together to make 850+ to the tires on a VERY conservative tune and no methanol. More is always better though, haha.
Four digits on pump gas with no meth would be absolutely sick. I assume the car you're working with has the Precision 6265s with the 0.82 housing?
Yes it has those turbos. Highest we have mad on a car with no meth was 912... I was VERY happy with that.
Hell yea. I hope I can get close to that without meth. I have the 6265s with the 0.82 housings and 3" DPs, along with the cam/heads I mentioned above. We'll see.
Post up right away your results with the new downpipes!

I predict 60+
Good deal Fran. I am very interested in seeing the difference these bigger pipes make also, keep us posted.

For a benchmark...
My car with the TTI 2.5" downpipes made 1014.02 RWHP / 982.13 RWTQ @ 19.5 lbs. with meth and 94 octane.
With the CHAMPION 3" downpipes made 1087.98 RWHP / 1015.27 RWTQ @ 20 lbs. with meth and 94 octane.
What is the visual difference between Champion and TTi's downpipes besides material?
I'am going to try to take closeups of both since CHAMPION has both pipes at the shop, but may take a bit to get the closeups of the CHAMPION pipes since mine are installed and each set are each hand built.
Rob's personal set is being built in a few days so I will try to get pics of that set.

For your info.
Those are some great numbers. What kind of timing are you running at those boost levels? I believe there is another TTix z06 that broke in the 1000rwhp mark with the Champion 3” pipes also. I think his numbers were about 1,030rwhp. However I am not sure the amount of boost he was running. The 3” pipes clearly make the TTix kit with the 6265 turbos capable of 1000+ wrhp.

93 octane don't mean anything when a car is also using meth, its equavilent to using any high octane fuel, so I see no reason for stressing on the fact that the car is on 93 octane.
We can also say a car is on pump gas when its using E85 and that is also consider the same.
But with all that and everything into consideration, I wish you guys the best with achieving the goal.
Still playing with it. The 3 inch down pipes make boost creep too hard so we can hold a constant boost. We made 934 by accident on one pull when we had boost set at 14psi and it crept up to 18. We are gonna have to put the exh back on it to hold boost.
