INJECTOR SPECIAL:

MORE THAN 10% OFF PLUS FREE SHIPPING

Siemens DEKA IV Mototron 80lb/hr High Impedance Injectors with EV1 or USCAR Connector

$389 shipped
anywhere in the lower 48 states
These retail for $439.99

These injectors flow 80 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI ( 3 BAR ) and even more at greater PSI! In addition, these units are high-impedance. Despite the high flow rate, they are linear and controllable at low pulse widths and have been used in ULEV applications! This allows you to use a larger injector than normally possible without hurting idle and low speed driveability. Adding to the flexibility of application, these units are high-impedance; making them compatible with most ECUs, while delivering the most flow available in a High-Impedance injector.

These injectors are able to function at high fuel pressures and don’t exhibit the high fuel pressure handling problems found with many other high flow high-impedance injectors. This makes these injectors very well suited to turbocharged and supercharged applications that see high fuel system pressures.

Specifications:
  • Static Flow Rate: 80lb/hr = 875 cc/min
  • Dynamic Flow Rate : 18.6 mg/pulse 2.5ms PW, 20 ms Period
  • Coil Resistance: 12 Ohms (This high-impedance injector will work with all factory ECM/PCM injector drivers)
  • Connector: Bosch EV1
  • Series: DEKA 4 ( DEKA IV )
  • O-Ring Type: Viton

Siemens DEKA IV Mototron 60lb/hr High Impedance Injectors (Long or Short Style) with EV1 or USCAR Connector

$359 shipped
anywhere in the lower 48 states
These retail for $399.99

These injectors flow 60 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI ( 3 BAR ) and up to 85 lbs/hr at 87 PSI!

  • Coil Resistance: 12.5 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (No ECM driver modifications required)
  • Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI ( 300kPa ) w/Gas: 60 lb/hr = 630 cc/min = 453 g/min
  • Static Flow Rate @ 87PSI ( 600kPa ) w/Gas: 85.7 lb/hr = 900 cc/min = 648 g/min
  • Gain: 0.11ms/mg
  • Offset: 0.055ms
  • Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms
  • Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa
  • Connector: Bosch EV1
  • Series: DEKA 4 ( DEKA IV )
  • Orifice Type: Multi-orifice
  • Spray Pattern: 30 Degree Spray Cone
  • Factory fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings

ALL INJECTORS FLOW MATCHED WITHIN 1% FROM THE FACTORY

You can purchase these via paypal to Jeff@TotalPerformanceEngineering.com, or by calling me at the shop (702) 632-0270.

I'm interested in the 60lb/hr injectors. Did I do the math right that at ~58psi fuel pressure these will be more like ~70lb/hr and handle up to ~675whp without going over 80% duty cycle?

Also, are these direct replacement for stock LS3 injectors?

You did do the math right. As far as being able to handle up to 675whp without going over 80% duty cycle, there are too many parameters to make a determination. However, even if I had all the parameters it would be too close to the number to make a call. If you are going to be close to that range, I would recomment going with the 80s.

With the EV6/USCARR connector, they are a direct replacement for the stock LS3 injectors. However, the lower o-rings are smaller on these injectors therefore making them loose, so you would have to use your old lower o-rings or purchase an LS3 o-ring kit.

Sounds good, thanks for the info Do the 80's handle idle and part throttle the same as the 60's, or is there a trade off going with the larger injectors?

Yes, they handle idle and part throttle the same. Provided that you have proper tuning, you will notice no ill-effects whatsoever.

Cool, do they bolt in the same as the 60's, just add the larger OEM lower o-rings off my stock injectors?

If they're the shorty style for the LS7/LS3 like on the right of the chart I'll be calling today or tomorrow to put in an order

No, they are not the shorty ones. They are the long style.

We have used these EXACT injectors on a customer's car here in the shop with an LS3 manifold. So, yes they do fit an LS3. However, depending on which rails, etc. you are running, you may need the short style injectors. These are currently not available at 80lb with the USCAR connector.

No, these will not fit. You will need the short style which is not currently available for your application.
