Default E-Force IAT Sensor/ T-Map Clarification ??!

Hey everyone,
I have installed the Edlebrock supercharger on my 2005 C6 Corvette A4...everything is fine except one issue with the IAT sensor. Right now it is reading incorrectly something like 150c all the time...

We are not sure if the kit has some missing part for IAT (reallocation harness/sensor,,etc) or it is not needed as the harness that came with the kit has two pins for the IAT but it is not connected to anything? shouls we leave it as is? Also WHERE is the IAT Exactly in my car?
I have read also about TMAP sensor,, is this replacement for IAT? I'm very confused right now, please let me know what exactly I need to do on my 05 c6 to fix this issue...

Thank you

There is a temperature and manifold absolute Pressure (TMAP) sensor on the rear of the supercharger on the passenger side near the top. IAT measurement comes from this sensor. You should have gotten a wiring harness that connects to this sensor. Assuming you have the sensor wired properly (Step #137 http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_.../1000/1593.pdf ) the next issue is whether or not you are using the Edelbrock calibration. If you did not start with the Edelbrock tune then the scaling values for your IAT sensor are wrong.

And when you find out that the TMAP is installed/wired correctly you need to determine which of the 2 different sensors you have (Early or late) and then get the matching Map/Temp scaling information and install it in your calibration.

If you are using the system with the Edelbrock tune you might have the wrong tune installed for your MAP sensor. You can go to their website and punch in the serial number for your supercharger and it will give you the correct tune version for the MAP sensor you have.

http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_...are-tech.shtml

If you are doing a custom tune you can also get the MAP parameters to use on their website:

Good intel on the TMAP parameters!

Another good piece of info from that link.... "If your superchargers serial number is 1612 or greater your system will have the Bosch TMAP. The Bosch TMAP will be attached to the supercharger housing with 1 bolt. "

I'm having the Bosch TMAP with 1 bolt.
there are 4 wires coming out from the wiring harness that connects to this sensor. However I'm having 1 wire is disconnected as shown below in the yellow circle. any idea where this wire should go?!

Hmmm, that does not look like the harness that is included in the kit. There shouldn't be any bare wires.

The pinout on your LS2 TMAP harness should match this:

Chris,

You really need to specify the units of the 2 temp transfer functions you posted.
The first is in degree's C while the second curve is in F. Most will no spot this and will run into an issue.

Does all the time mean right from a cold start or after running for a while?

No, not normal. Are you using the included tune or a custom tune? If it is a custom tune post it up and I will take a look at it and see if there is an issue in the tune itself...

We start with included kit tune after that we customize it. The following values were maintained as provided in earlier link.
NOTE: If you have a 2005 LS2 it will limit the Linear to 255.9 and the offset can't be below 0 so just use those values and it will be fairly close.
But the IAT Sensor Curve table & IAT 2 Sensor Curve is not available in 2005 corvette.
Thanks for ur assistance. But the tuner shop is locking their tune files.

That is just for the MAP sensor reading not the IAT. It sounds like the tune is setup for the Ford TMAP instead of the Bosch. What does the MAP sensor read at Key on engine off?
