That kind of sucks. Although not much help, a google search of "SCT Filesystem Not Found " reveals its pretty common and that your option is to have SCT remotly upload the operating system.

There is an on-line SCT Device Updater available to you. I have it on my PC but I don't recall the steps I had to take to get it. I'd visit their website and see if it is something you can download and then try and update your handheld device to the latest information.

Problem Solved , Thanks Boys. I called SCT Tech support.
I was using a my laptop with wireless connection to update. When you update the firmware it first, erases the old version , then installs new version , If you get a glitch or lose your connection (sometimes happens with wireless). If wipes the programmer out. He had to connect with remote assistance and re -install firmware ,
All Is Good --I hope

No problem , as for the instructions there are some big errors,A couple that comes to mind , removing the steering rack , It tells you to remove from drivers side , To do this you have to bend your break lines , 'NOT GOOD . but you can rotate 180 then move it to the passenger's side . It tells you to drill the rad shroud ,The Z06 the holes are already there, and the other 2 you drill you don't need. Another 'BIG' one the supercharger don't use the first bolt on passenger side and back bolt on drivers side . The revised instructions tells you to cap it , It you do supercharger , won't go down because it bringers up the the heads of the bolts.

I went with the muffler mod, it's the best of both worlds .The car is suppose to be stock to install tune.
Advise , you need a 1/4 universal 10 mm socket to torque down supercharger . I have to order one , will take a week to get it .
