Getting ready to pull the trigger.....but before i do has anyone with this set up had any issues?? How is your stock clutch holding up? Any heat issues? Any oil leaks issues? Is it what you expected for the money you spent? I have a manual so Im real concerned about everytime I get on her she breaks loose (going with the 554 kit).
Thanks for any feed back from owners with this unit!!!!!!

Coltsfan,
Where you getting this done. Not to far away from me and I'm having a hard time finding a shop to do tuning / performance installs.
My car is an auto so I can't speak about the manual issues, but as far as the eforce, it has delivered more than I expected and I'm happy with it. Outside of a defective part, which edelbrock took good care of I have no issues at all. Yes, you will break the tires loose when you get on it, but that's half the fun.

My Z06 has a measly 505 horsepower, but wider tires then your car, and I break loose every time I get on it. You'll just have to learn a new way of driving, or your *** will be grass and your car will be the lawnmower.

Get some decent tires.
I recommend the Khumo XS, Bridgestone RE-11, Ventus R-S3 or Nitto NT05. All are very good and very sticky street radials.
We are installing yet another one this week and I'll post up the results. Great systems - you'll like it.

I do, just finished installing one on a 2007 z06 .
1. make sure ECU has latest update 12614676 .when you update you may also have to reprogram the crankshaft position sensor.
2 If you doing it yourself go buy a 10mm universal 1/4 drive socket.and fuel line tool.
3 if it's a Z06 remove steering rack to passenger side 'NOT' drivers side.
4 when car is finished it should sound JUST LIKE IT DID BEFORE SUPERCHARGER WAS INSTALLED.
If you need any more info just email me.
My 07 doesn't have any issues to speak of. I know Elmer does but I don't think that issue is too common. On a Z06, or manual car make sure you remove the alternator pulley bolt and retorque it using locktight. I have a few friends who's pulley spun off.
Also MINOR ISSUE: Original kit I installed provided new brackets for the original horns and the sound result were quite embarrassing (think bip bip cartoon character..). There is a good work around suggestion on this forum.
Maybe E-force fixed it by now...
some use 345/30/19 instead of 325/30/19 tires on rear. if you do and have "Engine drag Control ", size fronts to 1.1 inches of OD of back tires. i filled out the 3rd party limited warrenty and it states oversized tires limits/voids warrenty, just a f.y.i.
see... http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-z...this-mean.html
those are the notes i printed and saved before i had mine installed a couple weeks ago.
