And is it the frequency or airflow that is maxed out?

Gotcha. If it's airflow then tune can be scaled a small % to get around the limit if needed without any hardware changes.
Looks like max airflow for 2008 Z06 is 512 g/sec. That's annoying, I thought it would be higher. Can be gotten around regardless though through scaling

It may clear out part of the MAF table when the upgrade is done but the tuner can copy the old table over if it does, no big deal
Really getting me worried about your current tuner to be honest

It will give you blank VE tables which should be populated and tuned also.
2.5 Bar MAP - Speed Density (E38/E67 ECM)This enhancement contains the following features:
2.5 bar (255 kPa) max MAP sensor support (calibration capability for GM 0-5V linear MAP sensors)
Rescaled High MAF table supports up to 15400 Hz with 300 Hz resolution, also supports airflow up to 1024 g/sec
New VE tables with 33 x 33 cell resolution each and configurable MAP and RPM axes (choose your own resolution)
Charge Temperature based VE multiplier table, configurable axis
TPS based VE multiplier table, 33 x 17 cells with configurable TPS and RPM axes
MAP referenced "Boost Enrich" table
Boost Enrich MAP threshold and hysteresis value
Both MAF and Speed Density mode supported
Boost based fuel cut, selectable MAP threshold cuts fuel to all cylinders when exceeded
Rescaled fan temperature axis 163-250F (73-121C), stock is 192-250F (89-121C)

Yes all of our C6 kits use a 4" charge pipe like you have. Nobody tries to run a larger than 4" pipe on these cars. If you are maxing the MAF you can tune with the PE table like he did to finish it, or convert to custom OS for 2 bar setup and re-tune that way using a GM 2 bar map. But it all comes down to how your Tuner prefers to tune. Go with whichever style he is most comfortable with.

Been thinking of Running E85 on my A&A Blower set up. so 60lbs injectors and BAP that come with the kit. . My Question Is, If I get the DSX Tunning Flex Fuel Sensor/Adapter, Will i need anything else other than Tunning? would like to know before I Tune it.

Factory pump w/BAP isn't going to be enough for E85. Injectors probably won't be enough either.
If you just mean is anything else required just to get it installed, then no.
WOT on E85 though you won't have enough fuel system, IMO.

Yes it's for oil changes so you don't make a mess draining it.

Josh,
Changing the oil in my V3 today. I drained 4-oz out but after putting a little over 1/2 the new bottle in the cross hatch on the dip stick indicates it's full??
