Took a pic of the almost complete install. Grandson is a BIG help. He loves the car and helping out. Just after this pic he reminded me that the race is on and we are missing out.

I was only able to work a few hours here and there per day for the most part. Overall, being a first time, I would say it took approximately 34 hours. I did a fair amount of checking and rechecking. I took good notes as I completed a step. I had an external oil cooler that required some ingenuity to remount. After the radiator relocation blocks were installed, my radiator did not drop into cradle as the rigid lines did not want to play. I still have to trim the passenger side of the bumper, very noticeable bulge, elongating the mounting hole will relieve this. Previous owner had a Nos system installed and the wiring was somewhat of a rats nest. Harmonic balancer had the notorious wobble and had to be replaced.
Overall, it is a very straightforward install. I needed a little clarification on the catch can hose routing, the serpertine belts did not have a full pic of routing but was not difficult to figure out. Definitely makes a difference with a 90 degree drill, a riv nut installer tool and an impact wrench that can handle the crank bolt torque. I am waiting on computer to arrive and we will know how good it all went. Highly recommend ECS! Add in the knowledge from members who chimed in, I would say it is very safe for someone who has decent gearhead skills.
He has been running pretty, has some surging at idle once hot. Headed to EFI Alchemy in the morning for dyno-tune. After vacation will be getting Alky kit and install it.

I did the same about the same thing taking my time to
make everything was right. A couple weeks a few hours in the evenings.
Nothing better than the self install that works right!
