I've had mine for over 10k miles same thing in neutral i hear noise push the clutch in goes away. Been like that from the start, but i don't know what exact noise your hearing. My Mclead is not like stock quiet because it's twin disc. I'm putting about 800 rwhp and i get that wwwrrrrrhhh nosie which dissapointed me because i changed to this from center force which was horrible. GL

Just did some quick 2nd to third shifts at high rpms and wont go into third gear. I get locked out. I also just upgraded to a zr1 t6060 and z06 diff.

I was having high rpm shifting myself so i got the upgrade trick master cylinder and i haven't had a problem with shifting at high rpm. Look into it if all is good after inspection or whatever your doing. GL
Neutral 'can of marbles' sound is normal with a twin disk clutch--it'll be even more exacerbated if you have solid mounts.
I have a Mantic twin and Hinson mounts in my car and if you didn't know better, you'd swear something was wrong with it. I love how the mounts feel though--the whole car feels stronger and its hard to describe on paper, but its like everything feels more connected-more visceral.
Do you have a lightweight aluminum flywheel? If so, the dampening provided by the heavier steel unit is gone and you'll hear/feel all the rattles/marbles in the drivetrain.
Just curious, OP. You said that you just installed a new driveline. Are you sure you want to go out and pound on it WOT right away? I would drive it a bit first on a new rear end and let the clutch seat and get some heat cycles for a 500+miles.
Mine does the exact same thing with the noise in nuetral with the clutch out and goes away when I push the clutch in. I have about 220 miles on mine now as I just did the swap several weeks ago. The clutch is noticably smoother now that it was 200 miles ago. I am happy with the swap thus far.

Yes it sounds close to a can of marbles. I have there steel billet flywheel. I guess the sound is normal with a twin disk with stiffer mounts. Im happy others with twins have the same noise. People were telling me my throw out bering was no good or my clutch was out of balance. Thank for the reply.
Put it this way--I thought the sound was bad enough after I installed the mantic twin disk clutch that I couldn't sleep. I thought for sure the slave cylinder wasn't bolted up or something. I ended up towing the car to my buddys shop and pulled the drivetrain out again, only to find out that everything was 100% and the noise is just normal.
My buddy calls it the 'death rattle' because it sounds like the car is going to die.
I hardly notice the "can of marbles" sound on mine unless I listen closely. The junk monster level 5 that came out was WORSE, and it was a single disk. I warrantied that one out just to get the same result on the 2nd one.
Between the 750 idle speed, aluminum flywheel, and solid mounts, the sound is pretty loud. I upped the idle to 900 and it's not quite as bad now but it is still present. I love everything else about the clutch so I'm happy to make the one compromise.
Update I also have a mgw shifter and I think I'm hitting the gates 2nd to 3rd shift. My shifter box is shot all the bushing are warn and cracked. Getting new box seeing if it fixes the problem.
