Pros:
More power and cooler IATs without using race gas.
Is not used when not at WOT
Simple install, maintenance and relatively cheap.
Cons:
Could fail at any point (Most kits alert you when this happens and your tuner can program the car to recognize the failure and pull timing to save the motor
Not needed unless your looking to add timing (get about 10% hp gain) or add boost (20% power gain)
