Best unleaded out there. Better then MS109 but not as good as C16

Default Shell URT Advanced vs C16

It's better than C16. All of the testing the shops have done backs this up.
It'll take more boost/timing than C16, yet somehow maintains a tighter burn.

Not harming cats or O2's is a huge plus, too.

That was not my experience. C16 did better then URT but I would take a little less power on unleaded in a street car.

So what's the consensus? How does the plugs look like when using this fuel?

I might consider trying it. I have heard great dyno results-but I want proven track results.

Too early to know much yet but I wasn't expecting more power at 18 psi even with C16.
Don't spill any and step in it [ URT] - it melts your shoes and turns concrete orange May be good for O2's but I'll not get any on my skin.

Switch to Q16 if you want to see a proven ET improvement. Its a gnarly fuel. 5.00 guys saw half a tenth from C16 to Q16, just that many of todays injectors cannot handle it, and the Orings swell up, causing flow issues from pump to C to Q.

I have not, I couldnt stand the sales guy on the phone selling it.... sorry to who ever that was, but I hate sales guys

Having said that, Tony @ T1 likes it, and that alone is enough reason for me to try it.

I have nothing to test it on currently, the ZR1 on 21 psi reaches MBT before knock on MS109, so unless the fuel actually aids in power production, like Q, its tough to justify.

Wow...really? I spoke to very nice guy named Alan who use to run torco.
I wonder how they are getting the octane without oxygenating it.

Btw waiting on some 15 LG spindles! Cannot wait!!!!!
Mt 345 18 spin at ~80 MPH. Hoping 15 m&h 325 Dr can hook from 35-40 roll.

Shell is the only fuel company that doesn't have their head buried in their ***.

That's according to Paul Yaw.

I wouldn't mind trying the URT, but I'm pretty happy with pump 93 octane and spraying the house down with meth right now.
