Harmonic balancer replacement when sc
What options other than oem would be the best replacement for HB when SC?

Harmonic Balancer when supercharged
I'm doing a search for this same information. Is there a better alternative than going back stock?

IW, get an OD one to help with belt wrap and slip, and go 8 or 10 rib right away so later on it is a cheap/easy upgrade if you update later.

Ati is an option too. I'm trying their 10-rib 6% overdrive

ATI also has an Ebay store where they sell cosmetically blemish pulleys for cheap. I got mine for $220.

I would still pay extra for the IW just for the ability to run the cog direct drive or 6 rib zr1, and their customer service/support is top notch.

Other options are the Summit C2501 or Trick Flow 19005. Both are SFI rated. Currently I have the Summit underdrive version installed, but bought to the TFS now that I'm going FI. IMO you can't buy a better balancer for the price.

I went with an ATI unit when I s/c'd my vette.
It is like a piece of jewelry.
Be a little careful about undersized pulleys as this can cause your lights to dim at idle or other weird things, I've read.

I went with an 8-rib ATI balancer in preparation for a blower later.
