I can't tell you what boost you will see but I can give you info from my data logs of 1/4 mile passes at Bandimere Speedway with the 3.875", 3.5", and 3.25" pulleys (06/C6/LS2/1.8 quick lift roller rockers/Kooks Long Tubes).

Readings taken at approx. 6K RPM:
3.875" pulley - 6lbs
3.5" pulley - 8lbs
3.25" pulley - 10lbs

Edelbrock advertises 6lbs of boost for the base 3.8" pulley. Not sure what you will see. I can only tell you what I have experienced. I manually calculate boost based on MAP readings taken from data logs. Example: Map reading of 144Kpa @ 6,200 RPM, converting Kpa to lbs (144 X .1450377377) = 20.885lbs minus the density altitude or in my case 9,000 feet (air pressure for 9K feet is 10.5lbs) which equals 10.385lbs of boost.

I get about 12lbs with a 3 inch pulley. I really cant remember what I got with the others, but about 2 lbs per pulley size seems to be about right.

Ours puts out 5.5 lbs with headers and hi flo cats. 2011 LS3 3.75" pulley #1591 599hp kit. I thought it would be around 7lbs, but 5.5 is all we're getting. I want to go to the 3.50 pulley, but they are saying it would need bigger injectors as well as a new tune. I didn't think a pound and a half of boost would make that much difference, but they say yes.
