Default Help Switching to E85

I hear switching to E85 would require double the injector. I wonder if that means it will require bigger pumps & lines to support this new fuel demand.

I am currently running 83lb injectors at approx 95% Duty Cycle with Twin Walboro GS342 * 255 LPH Pumps, Twin -6an Feed Lines. Just over 1000rwhp.

Not double. You will need about 50% more injector and fuel pump.

Yes you will need more pump and probably more line. You need a ~1300-1400rwhp pump gas setup to make 1000rwhp on e85.

I was thinking of switching to ID2000 Injectors, -8an Feed Lines and the new Walboro 360lph pumps.

30% increase in capacity is the rule of thumb. If you have ID1000s and they are close to maxed, change to ID1300s. You will definitely need more pump. Two -6 feed lines will be perfectly fine though.

I run ID1000s with an Aeromotive Eliminator. I'm at 70% injector duty cycle at 1000whp. I could probably support that same power on E85, but not more. If I was going to actually run E85 (I converted my car to true flex fuel just for R&D), I'd change to ID1300s and an Aeromotive Pro Series pump.

While you are on it, I highly recommend running flex fuel sensor if you plan to run E85. That way you will be able to run pump gas or E85, or any combination of them without flashing tunes. Also never worry about E85 inconsistency (summer/winter blends).
I have it on my car, works perfect..

I've got FIC1000's and I'm at 92% IDC with a non-referenced return style fuel system at 750rwhp on E85. I'm not sure if Camper's is boost referenced or not but it looks like 1300cc injectors are the ones you should get. Or larger to support more power later.
