Depends on what you mean by much. If you are hoping for 200rwhp, then no, they don't add that. Then again they don't add that on n/a builds. Headers are pretty much a must have on a blower car. You are forcing air in, you need to get it out. I've seen 50+ gains with adding headers on a mild blower setup. Heck, I'm hoping for 20-35rwhp gains just going from one header to a different one.

I am still doing research on my GS build and placed a call to Lingenfelter today, and was told on a blower install headers don't make much difference and are not needed. We talked about their 670hp kit.
Since they rate their stuff at the flywheel and not wheel HP, then I would guess that package is somewhere in the 550rwhp range. While not necessary for that level, they definitely would add power above what they rate that package for. I also wouldn't have them do my car since I'm a cheap bastard and I like centri blowers better.
I wish I had thrown my car on the dyno with the full LS9/ZR1 exhaust setup last year before I pulled them off for a set of Pfadt headers. I'm sure there was a 30 rwhp difference, but at ~700 whp, it's kind of hard to tell from the SOP difference.
I will say that the manifold setup was less tolerant of timing and showed more knock retard during tuning. I wasn't able to run the kind of timing I could with headers. I'd suspect a stock LS3 manifold setup would be quite a bit worse, too.

The LS7/9 manifolds are far better then LS3 manifolds but were still down 25 or so to headers on my car when it was in the low 600 range.
