Seems like if they are ARH or Kooks some cars have issues, some don't. Mustangs have the same issues and typically need the motor moved. Just something to be prepared for with 2" headers.

I slotted the steering rack mounts "very slightly" and slid the rack over.
A couple of turns on the tie rod ends and alignment was fine. (had it checked at the alignment shop)
I didn't want to dimple any tubes.

Can you elaborate on gains from the switch and setup?

ARH has re-jigged their 2" headers and they fit without issue, just installed a set and I could literally put my finger between the shaft and header tube

If they are shipping out next week I'm sure they would be the newest ones. Mine was made Tuesday of this week and shipped Wednesday. It was the new setup. There should be no risk of getting an old one unless a vendor is holding stock of 2" headers somewhere but I don't think any vendors really stock them.

We had a small batch that had shipped out, at this point I believe Nick (Unreal) is the last of the affected 2" driver's side headers.

Please call us ASAP if there any issues with any ARH product.

Gotjuice?, PM sent.

Steve, Nick and the rest of the ARH crew have been good to work with. Should have the header bolted on tonight for final fitment check before getting it coated.

Finished putting the drivers side in (got to pull it to get coated now) and it fits great once I move a line. Was close the rear brakes so I just move them up an inch and now they fit great, plenty of clearance everywhere.

Yep, put ~1500 miles on my 2" ARH. Fit great, no issues, and car felt better but didn't get time for the dyno.
